The Arts Council of West Chester & Liberty Township was founded in 1996 and has been dedicated to bringing art to the community, and the community to art, ever since. The Arts are truly part of the basic necessities of life which enrich and fulfill our needs.  The artists, musicians, actors, dancers and writers - and lovers of the arts - who live and work in West Chester and Liberty define our cultural values, shape or identity and give us reason to celebrate.
